Battle Ropes
Battle Ropes are a great exercise for cardio, core and balance. Start by planting your feet firmly on the floor and engaging the core. There are a lot of stroke variations: snakes, long strokes, short strokes, arm circles, scissor strokes and many others. You can also hold a deeper squat, pair it with lunges or surrenders for a more challenging set.
