Jim started 614Fitness with Marie Miller in 2014 with the desire to bring real fitness to  member athletes and transform the fitness world in Central Ohio. Their mission was to make sure each member had the full advantage of the best trainers and training techniques to avoid injuries and maximize their fitness benefits.

Back then, small group training (SGT) was new and brought a dimension to training that was more affordable than personal training, but more individualized and focused than typical group classes.
Jim has been a professional tennis coach (PTR) for over 30 years and personal trainer for over 5 years.

When not in the studio, you are likely to see Jim and Susan riding their motorcycles somewhere in the US.
